By ensuring effective staff and client support and managing structures, (TAI) can guarantee fast, effective and efficient service delivery 24/7. Our service delivery never stops, disappoints or founders, and all of your travelling needs will be met at the click of a button at a mile a minute. 

TAI provides the following after-sales services to its clients:
· Assisting with Company Travel Policy 
· Ensuring that the TAI staff servicing the account are familiar with your travel policy and procedures
· Implementing the Service Level Agreement
· Identifying your preferred suppliers; participation in initial and ongoing negotiations with suppliers
· Performance management of all preferred suppliers
· Promotion of preferred supplier products through expos and training sessions
· Arranging familiarisation visits as requested and required, with prior authorisation
· Providing guidance in the use and application of MIS reports
· Benchmarking of fares and rates for accurate cost saving analysis
· Scheduling meetings and workshops with Travel Co-ordinator and/or all relevant designated employees and Travellers
· Providing follow-up minutes and agendas on all meetings held
· Assisting with frequent flyer reconciliation upon receipt of correct documentation
· Handling all queries pertaining to accounts
· Assisting with lodged and corporate credit card selection and application
· Assisting with monthly reconciliation of the travel account and invoicing procedures
· Producing and guiding application of the quarterly Service Level Agreement and MIS report

TAI offers a 24/7/365 emergency helpline for on the spot decisions and assistance. TAI’s 24-hour Emergency Service currently provides many comforts for travellers seeking assistance. The TAI 24-hour line is staffed with a combination of senior consultants and/or directors. These are highly experienced travel professionals who deal on a daily basis with travellers in a client. This is NOT an outsourced service

Travel Adventures now has started it’s own air charter division. The first aircraft is a Beechcraft Baron which can accommodate four passengers (excluding Pilots) and is ready for take-off from Wonderboom Airport at a moments notice. Its sister, the Beechcraft Bonanza is a super quick sister to the Baron and is also fuelled and ready to fly.
TAI is also in the process of acquiring a Cessna Caravan which will allow Clients to land in rough terrain (e.g. Mines) with very short landing strips. TAI saw this need from government and has made this value add available exclusively to its preferred clientele.

TAI offers a number of value-added services to all its clients. These include, amongst others, mobile IT platforms, such as TripIt, to organize travel itineraries. This allows travellers to keep all their travel plans in one place and access their itineraries anytime, on any device. CheckMyTrip, via the Amadeus GDS, gives the traveller and the client’s travel co-ordinator internet access to the full, real-time details of their reservations in an easy-to-read graphical format. All the traveller needs to do is type in the record locator (PNR) and/or family name and the trip details are then displayed along with a wealth of useful destination information.
Information available from CheckMytrip drastically reduces the number of routine query calls to TAI. A traveller can retrieve his/her reservation no matter where they are.
